Prices

Our prices are in Australian dollars AUD.

Inclusions

All bed linen and bath towels are included in the tariff. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped, including starter packs of dishwasher balls and washing powder, plus there is a gas barbecue on the verandah.

Weekly garden maintenance (1 hour per week). Each cottage has an automatic watering system installed.

Additional to the tariff

Water (including the garden), electricity and gas (heating and cooling is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in Little Bunda, gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning in Rosewood). 

Guests are responsible for connecting the NBN with a provider of their choice, and for refilling the gas bottle for the barbecue.

Children

Children of all ages are most welcome. Rosewood Cottage is particularly suited to small children and infants. In addition to a portacot or full-sized cot and bedding, a highchair is also available. Please see each cottage description for specific inclusions.

Care of the cottage, personal belongings and right of access

Guests are asked to respect the cottage as they would their own home and leave it clean and tidy when vacating to avoid an additional cleaning fee being incurred. Excessive soiling of linen or towels may incur a replacement fee.

Guests take full responsibility for all charges incurred including payment for any losses or damage to cottage property while a guest of the cottage. Please report all breakages or damage immediately.

While all care is taken, we cannot accept responsibility for your personal belongings or valuables left in the cottage or your vehicle.

With regard to Little Bunda Cottage, we reserve the right to enter the cottage, without prior notice if this is not practical or possible, in the event of special circumstances or emergencies (such as bushfire).

Guests are requested not to enter any paddocks outside Little Bunda cottage gardens due to the presence of stock, and to be mindful of electric fencing.

Smoking

For the comfort of all of our guests, our cottages are strictly non-smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside but must observe any current fire restrictions issued by the New South Wales Rural Fire Service, and we do ask that stubs be disposed of safely in the facilities provided.

Pets

As we are surrounded by working farms, Little Bunda Cottage is unable to welcome pets of any kind – we regret that no exceptions can be made. In the interests of safety and the comfort of all our guests Rosewood Cottage is also unsuitable for pets. Dandaleith Boarding Kennels (ph: +61 269 215 008) and Wagga Boarding Kennels (+61 269 285 512) both provide a quality accommodation service for travelling pets.
